These Terms of Purchase apply to digital products purchased from The Nazarah.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Digital Products

All books and other products sold on this website are digital products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

No physical book or other physical product will be shipped to you.

Following successful payment, you will receive access to or delivery of the relevant digital files.

Personal-Use Licence

Your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the digital product for your own personal use.

You may download purchased files to your personal devices and print copies or selected pages for your own personal use.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the digital files.
• Share purchased files with others.
• Upload purchased files to file-sharing platforms, public websites or other distribution services.
• Reproduce the products for commercial purposes.
• Copy, modify or republish the content for resale or distribution.
• Claim the content, artwork or designs as your own.

Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are made available following successful payment.

You are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout and ensuring that your device is capable of opening the supplied digital file format, which will generally be PDF.

Any transaction or payment-related support provided by the payment provider may be accessed through the information supplied as part of the transaction.

Digital Products — All Sales Final

Because our products are digital PDF downloads that are made available immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to the digital files has been provided.

This does not affect any statutory or other legal rights a customer may have, including any right to a refund where required by applicable law.

Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.

Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout depending on the customer's location and the payment provider handling the transaction.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by Paddle or another third-party payment provider.

The payment provider's applicable checkout, payment and transaction terms may also apply to the purchase.

Intellectual Property

The books, written content, artwork, designs, downloadable files and other materials made available through The Nazarah are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

All applicable intellectual-property rights remain with their respective rights holder.

Purchasing a product gives the customer permission to use it as described in these Terms. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying work.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Purchase may occasionally be updated.

The version displayed on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
